Last weekend there was a creative writing conference at the University of Bedfordshire in Luton. Among the many thought provoking papers were: Kate Pullinger demonstrating her online projects; Emma Darwin on when to write the theoretical thesis for a PhD in creative writing; and, Ross Barber on her process of researching and writing a novel that presents a tamed and sober version of Christopher Marlowe. Abstracts and papers are available online here.
